The idea of an Examen Prayer is to reflect back on your day and see the blessings and failures as well as look ahead to the coming day, all of this remembering that we are journeying with God daily.
Below are a few versions and some links to other options

The Ignatian version of the daily Examen is done in five steps:
1. Become aware of God’s presence.
2. Review the day with gratitude.
3. Pay attention to your emotions.
4. Choose one feature of the day and pray from it.
5. Look toward tomorrow.

3×5 Examen is a quick and easy way to review the day:
1) Give thanks for 5 things that have happened in your day
2) Think of 5 ways you failed in your day, asking for God’s mercy
3) Look forward to tomorrow thinking of 5 things you may need help with, and praying for God’s help

CPR Method
C = Claim your blessings. Reflect on the good things that happened to you today, and explicitly recognize God’s hand in them.
P = Pinpoint victories and losses that you had today. Celebrate and repent as needed.
R = Renew your loving commitment to Christ
End with an Our Father, a Hail Mary, and the sign of the cross.

Pray As You Go is an Website and App that has several pre-recorded Examen Prayers that follow Ignatius’ 5 steps in a meditative way with a mix of prayer, meditation prompts and music. This is a very relaxing and quiet way to do this spiritual exercise. Website HERE
